Brad is a co-leader for the Property and Casualty Insurance business at EXL. He is accountable for new revenue development, client satisfaction, solution development, products, and strategic direction setting. He is also responsible for EXL Trumbull business subsidiary and Overland Solutions, Inc. (OSI) after EXL acquired OSI in October 2014. Brad has been in the insurance industry since 2001, having lead business units, driven solutions and was responsible for product and service development for The Hartford. He received a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from University of California, Davis and later earned a MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology-Sloan School of Management.

VP EXL Service – Assistant General Counsel

Gilbert P. Bourk III, VP EXL Service – Assistant General Counsel, has more than 23 years of corporate law experience. Since coming to OSI in 2003, Gib’s primary role is to provide legal advice and guidance to all levels of the corporation in all areas of operations. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn University School of Law with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Gib’s notable experience includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate, litigation, regulatory compliance such as HIPAA, FDA, CLIA, cGMP, management and protection of intellectual property via patent and trademark, documentation required for technology development, maintenance and use by means of license, prosecution of Plant Variety Protection Act claims, guidance of Human Resources and Benefits Administration and corporate governance. His board affiliations include: Admitted in Kansas and Missouri, member of Kansas Bar Association and member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

VP – Overland Solutions Technology

Chayan Dasgupta (CD) joined Overland Solutions in 2008 and leads the company’s technology strategy and information technology (IT) initiatives, bringing more than 22 years of senior IT leadership experience in the insurance, government, and healthcare industries. CD is responsible for aligning the company’s technology strategy with its customer needs and future market demands. Additionally, CD manages day-to-day IT operations including application services, architecture, program management, networking, help desk, and desktop support.

CD earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Masters in Science in Computer Information Systems from a top-tier university in India. He attended Webster University in Kansas City  for his Masters of Business Administration degree. A certified project manager and frequent speaker, CD taught graduate classes at a local university and regularly presents at technology  seminars. In 2013, CD was recognized as one of the top national IT leaders by the CIO Review magazine. He also serves on the Board of Directors for El Centro Inc.

VP – Overland Solutions Finance and Operations

David L. Greene, VP – Overland Solutions Finance and Operations, has served in a variety of roles in the 38 years he has been with Overland Solutions. During his first 10 years with Equifax Services he was involved with personal lines, P&C, claims, and general business services.  David also spent three years in the Corporate Financial Systems Department of Equifax Inc. David was transferred to Overland Park, Kansas in 1988 when Equifax acquired White and White. He served in various support roles with Equifax Commercial Specialist and then ChoicePoint Commercial Specialist. Later, as Vice President and Controller, he was a key member of the Management Team in the subsequent transition to our current company, Overland Solutions Inc., when purchased by New Mountain Capital in February 2003.

Today, David is responsible for delivering value-added business analysis as well as defining and reporting meaningful financial and operational metrics that support business decision-making. David earned a M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

VP – Human Resources

Linda Pfingsten, VP – Human Resources, manages the full life cycle of employment including recruiting/hiring, benefits, pay plans, disciplinary actions/termination process. She is also the officer in charge of the National Customer Service/ Processing departments. Linda has been with Overland Solutions, Inc. for 10 years.

Her experience spans 20 years, including time spent as the Director of Human Resources for U.S. Central Federal Credit Union. Linda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lakeview Townhomes and Condominiums.

Vice President 2, Head of Audit Division

Bryan Griffin, Vice President 2, Head of Audit Division, joined OSI in 2004. He has 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry with 26 total years of experience including public accounting, banking, financial services and manufacturing. Prior to serving as OSI’s CFO Bryan served as Corporate Controller for OSI.  Other positions previous held outside of OSI include Director of Finance, SEC Reporting Manager and Director of Business Development.

In 2013 Bryan was named Kansas City CFO of the Year, presented by the Kansas City Business Journal. He serves on the Board of Financial Executives International. Bryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas and holds a Certified Public Accountant designation.

VP – Overland Solutions Audit Sales

Jason Baie, VP – Overland Solutions Audit Sales, has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience specializing in Loss Control and Premium Audits. Jason began his career with Overland Solutions, Inc. in 1996 as a Field Representative; three years later he was promoted to General Manager of the San Francisco Premium Audit Branch. In 2003 Jason moved into a sales role as an Account Executive for the states of California and Nevada. He was promoted again to Vice President, Western Region in 2007.

Jason has been leading the sales efforts of Overland Solutions, Inc. as VP – Overland Solutions Audit Sales since 2009. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Fresno State University, California.

VP Overland Solutions  – Audit Quality Assurance and Training

Kevin Kramer, VP Overland Solutions  – Audit Quality Assurance and Training, ensures that Overland Solutions, Inc. high standards are being followed – whether in regards to educating new auditors using OSI’s award-winning training program or the company’s 25-point criteria when reviewing audits. Additionally, he oversees OSI’s nationwide Phone Audit Unit Operations.

Kevin started his career with the insurance industry in 1985 and has been with OSI since 2005. Prior to his time at OSI, Kevin was a shared Service Executive with Royal & SunAlliance Insurance Company. Among his achievements is obtaining a US Patent for AuditStream. Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & Economics from Augsburg College and a MBA in Finance from University of Illinois. He also holds an APA and CIPA designation.

VP Overland Solutions – Audit Field Operations

Steve Hutchison, VP Overland Solutions – Audit Field Operations, joined Overland Solutions, Inc. in 2000 as a Field Auditor and later held the positions of Audit Manager, General Manager and Regional Manager. During his time as an Audit Manager at OSI’s home office, Steve was involved with development, implementation, roll-out and training of OSITrac Pro and Remote, which is the Audit Division operating platform.

He later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to oversee operations in four states and also began management of the Government Services operations for all areas of the country. Today, as VP Overland Solutions – Audit Field Operations, Steve provides leadership and is responsible for all OSI field offices and personnel in the Audit Division.

Vice President 2, Head of Survey Division

Craig Locante, Vice President 2, Head of Survey Division, oversees Castle High Value, Overland Surveys and Safety Resources Loss Control. Hired as Castle’s first employee in 1994, Craig was instrumental in growing the company to the premier provider it is today. Castle High Value Surveys is the nation’s largest provider of high value insurance surveys. Overland Surveys and Safety Resources are under Craig’s leadership heading their way to Castle’s stature.

Prior to his employment with Castle, Craig worked in underwriting for a nationwide insurance company. He graduated with honors from Penn State University.

VP Overland Solutions – Loss Control

Dorothy Doyle, VP Overland Solutions – Loss Control, oversees Commercial Survey and Loss Control operations, including our premier Safety Resources unit. Dorothy is an accomplished commercial lines P&C leader, with responsibility for a range of commercial lines coverages. Her most recent role was AVP of Product and Strategy for Loss Control at a large nationwide carrier.

Dorothy has a deep understanding of carriers’ commercial underwriting and loss control priorities, and strong insight into the related strategic and operational challenges. Her experience and perspective helps us drive compelling solutions and strong client partnerships. Dorothy has a BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Connecticut.

VP – Overland Solutions/Castle Operations

Tom Nay, VP – Overland Solutions/Castle Operations, has been with Castle High Value Surveys for 12 years. Tom has worn many hats over the years, from Field Inspector to Regional Manager and Quality Director.

Throughout his tenure, Tom has been vital in maintaining and fostering the continued excellence observed in Castle’s high value inspections. In his current role, he maintains a quality staff of consultants who provide accurate replacement cost surveys with detailed loss control information all within strict time service guidelines. Additionally, Tom stays on top of trends within the high net worth insurance industry to capitalize on opportunities by providing new products and assisting carriers with servicing their policyholders.

Clint Pope began his career with Overland Solutions, Inc. in 2001 as a Quality Reviewer with Castle High Value Surveys. During his 14 years with Overland Solutions he has held several key management positions including Recruiting Director, East Coast Regional Manager and Account Manager.  Clint has been VP – Overland Solutions Survey Sales since 2009, leading the Sales and Account Management team for both personal and commercial lines.  His experience in every aspect of the organization places him in a unique position to align client needs with Property Survey and Loss Control products and services.

Clint’s focus has always been providing the industry’s finest customer service with the quality and professionalism that clients of Overland Solutions have come to expect.  Additionally, Clint has background in Business Management and Real Estate Appraisal.
